Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AIRVOIC AI (operated by Aitivity Air), we are committed to transparent billing and high client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines terms for our software subscriptions, credit wallets, and companion hardware units.

1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via the Client Portal or by emailing aitivityair@aitivity.store. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain active until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

2 Credit Wallet Adjustments

Usage credits (call minutes, WhatsApp messages, lead scraping requests) are consumed in real-time. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Any unused credit balance can be rolled over or refunded upon request within 30 days of account closure.

3 Hardware Warranty & Replacement

Companion hardware units come with a 6-month limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. If your hardware malfunctions during normal use, we will provide a free replacement or repair upon inspection.

4 Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
