By registering an account, accessing our portal, deploying companion hardware, or utilizing our real-time voice AI assistant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

1 Account Registration & Administration

To use AIRVOIC AI services, you must register a business account, provide authentic contact information, select a subscription plan, and submit payment verification. All enterprise workspaces undergo verification by our administrative team prior to full activation.

2 Telephony & Communication Compliance

When deploying AIRVOIC AI for outbound calling or automated messaging:

• You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, Do Not Call (DND) registries, and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You agree not to use AIRVOIC AI for illegal telemarketing, harassment, impersonation, or deceptive communication.
• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from customers before initiating outbound marketing calls or automated WhatsApp follow-ups.

3 Subscription Plans & Credit Pools

AIRVOIC AI operates on a tiered monthly subscription model with customizable credit wallets (Business ₹2,000/mo, Startups ₹5,000/mo, Enterprise ₹15,000/mo). Credits are deducted according to your usage of call minutes, WhatsApp triggers, and lead verification queries.

4 Intellectual Property & Ownership

All software, algorithms, cloud orchestration architectures, firmware, and user interfaces are the proprietary property of Aitivity Air. You retain full ownership of your business data, customer records, and custom persona instructions.

5 Limitation of Liability

AIRVOIC AI strives for continuous 99.9% uptime. However, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aitivity Air is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from telecom carrier outages, network congestion, or third-party API interruptions.

6 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate telecommunication regulations, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse system resources.
