Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to the purchase and fulfillment of physical companion hardware units (including the AirVoic Module) provided by Aitivity Air (operating AIRVOIC AI at https://airvoic.com).

1 Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Once your order and payment verification are successfully recorded on our platform:

• Fulfillment Verification: Your registered phone number, shipping address, and PIN code are automatically validated by our dispatch desk.
• Quality Inspection & Packaging: Each physical AirVoic Module unit undergoes individual bench testing and is sealed in electrostatic, tamper-evident shockproof packaging with accessories.
• Handover to Courier: Shipments are dispatched from our fulfillment facility within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding national holidays and Sundays).

2 Estimated Delivery Durations

Standard delivery timelines across geographical zones in India are as follows:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Regional State Capitals (Lucknow, Jaipur, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, etc.): 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of India (Tier-3 towns & remote districts): 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.

Note: Delivery schedules may occasionally experience minor delays during extreme weather events, regional elections, or local courier hub restrictions. In such circumstances, our customer operations desk proactively coordinates with courier partners to prioritize delivery.

4 Shipment Tracking & Live Status

Transparency is a core commitment of our fulfillment operations:

• As soon as your parcel is scanned into the courier logistics network, an automated notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Number and direct tracking URL will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and Email Address.
• You can also track your live shipment milestone at any time through the official client portal at airvoic.com/portal.html by entering your registered order number or phone number.

5 Damaged in Transit, Missing Items & Replacement

All shipments are insured during transit against damage or loss:

• If your parcel appears visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographic evidence before accepting or reject delivery and immediately notify us.
• In the event of hardware received in a damaged condition, you must notify our support team within 7 calendar days of physical delivery. Upon review of the defect or damage, we will schedule a free reverse pickup and dispatch a brand-new replacement unit within 48 to 72 hours.
